We are just about finish our beautiful 4 bedroom chalet-bungalow in Kent. Jason’s professional assistance has been invaluable to our self-build project. Jason worked with us right from the beginning to develop a really comprehensive brief, assisted us with the minefield of Planning and Building Control and also helped us to link with manufacturers, suppliers and other building professionals. He was always available when we needed his help. We would really like to recommend Jason and his business.

Meet the Creative Director

Jason Brittin

Jason is passionate about house design and building. As a Chartered Architectural Technologist, his aim is to be a part of a construction revolution to deliver single-point, customer focused, design and building services.

He started his career as a carpenter and joiner. Eighteen years’ practical construction experience has provided him with a unique insight into all types of residential projects; as well as the experience to deliver.

Thanks to Jason’s diligent efforts our proposal for a rear extension received planning approval. Jason took the time to carefully listen to our brief, and to carefully explore design options, to ensure we maximised both the space and budget. Our house is a beautiful, Grade II listed, property situated in a Conservation Area so the proposal required careful preparation. Jason did this superbly, was extremely professional and thorough and we were pleased with the outcome

He provides really great customer care and we appreciated his trustworthy and professional nature. Because of this, I also commissioned Jason to produce designs for the front porch and side extension at my own property at the time. Jason provided my business, Ortwin Thyssen Jewellery Maker, with architectural services to prepare and obtain Planning and Building Control approval for a workshop to the rear of my shop. The shop is located within the World Heritage Site of Canterbury and is part of the Cathedral’s estate. Although the workshop is small, it was really necessary for the business. Jason delivered a really great service to my time requirements and budget . I would highly recommend him.
